The staff was friendly and helped us with all our questions. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. The location was perfect, close to shops and easy transportation options.

This hotel's location is ideal with several shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was comfortable and modern, with excellent service from the staff who went above and beyond, including taking us to a nearby gym club. the breakfast had an excellent variety of options, perfect for travelers like us.
The only downside we experienced was difficulty reaching the hotel due to traffic, but this is easily resolved by using a taxi service instead.

The view from my window was stunning! I also enjoyed trying out a few of the hotel's amenities, such as the spa and gym. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the area and try out local restaurants.
It was not clean and there were stains on the carpet. The reception was not very helpful and did not provide any city maps or recommendations of things to do.

From the moment I arrived, I felt the luxurious vibe of this hotel. the receptionist was welcoming and escorted me to my room, which had exclusive amenities such as a jacuzzi and a widescreen TV. the indoor swimming pool and the sauna were also amazing, perfect for taking a relaxing break from the busy day. the barbeque grills outside were a great plus that made the stay even more enjoyable.
The one minor issue I had was the language barrier, as some staff struggled to communicate in English. this did not affect the overall experience, and the rest of the staff was attentive and helpful.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was great because we were in the heart of the city, which was excellent for exploring. We were also very close to the subway station, which made traveling around the city quite easy. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
The New Year's Eve party downstairs was incredibly loud and noisy; it made it impossible to sleep.
